An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the minor boy was sitting on a tractor parked on a slope near a school and while attempting to start or move the vehicle, it overturned. He said the child sustained critical injuries and died on the spot. He was later identified as Salim Ahmad Ganie (11), son of Abdul Salam Ganie, resident of Saimoh Tral.
